I have been apart of and have attended countless church communities across the U.S. I have both served and attended a variety of dominations of the church body, as well. What I have consistently witnessed is a complete lack of teaching and education on Biblical manhood, womanhood, husband, wife, marriage and family perspectives. The topics are teatered around with a stick and fear but never fully delved into, and often, completely avoided.

Men aren’t pointed to God sourced views on masculinity, friendship, fathering and on being a husband. The same goes for women. Most women believe and are shown by fellow women in the church, young and old, that true beauty and power comes by way of self worship, plastic surgery, makeup and adorning of outer self-obssession. Men are shown that being passive, worshipping ones wife and kids, job, status, is the way of the Kingdom. Homes are spiritually dead because of this. And if homes are in this state, it certainly flows directly into the cooperate church body, because there is no “church” without people, it’s not a building. Because church is not a place, name, brand or tag line. Church, according to Christ and Scripture is His Body, His people.

Most people are triggered and start to manifest when scripture is read about marriage and family order, especially about wives and submission. The verse I hear constatly is about men loving their wives like Christ loves his Bride yet we never talk about the many others. Interesting? Feminism has crept into the church and with it, rebellion, jezebel-tendencies and disorder. Passivity is man’s temptation and control is women’s temptation. Since the beginning, it appears Adam and Eve both fell in these areas. There is an auhorty, Godly control and leadership God has given to men that the church and especially women, dont want to hear about and discuss. Because of pain, hurt, trauma, yes… But reacting in error creates more error… Men are also at fault and have not taken up their Godly ordination and call as leaders, providers, protectors and passionate lovers.

BOTH genders are fault. BUT, both’s faults dont cancel out each other or condone the error and deception, they just reveal what is already present, the elephants in the room that need addressing, healing and deliverance.

A building and brand was not crucified, a person, the Son of God. And with Him, us.

The command is die and serve. Surrender fully and embrace Him uttererly. From that position, overflow one’s self (Christ in me, Heaven) into the earth and world around me.
